Linda G. Brei, BA, MAT

Linda Brei has been a marketing and communications professional for more than 30 years.  She served as vice president, marketing and public affairs, for the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics and schools of Nursing, Pharmacy and Medicine and Public Health for more than eight years.  She also worked as vice president, Customer Services at CPM Marketing, the largest provider of health care customer relationship database marketing and director of Corporate Communication, Alliant Energy. 

Brei holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Wisconsin- Madison, and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Monmouth University, West Long Branch, New Jersey.  Brei is a past president of the Wisconsin Community Development Society, the Dane County Development Corporation and a founding member of the Wisconsin Main Street program. Her current professional affiliations include the South Central Wisconsin Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, where she is Board Chair; Tempo International, a women’s business organization; and the Society for HealthCare Marketing and Development, and SCORE.  She is a frequent speaker on health care, marking and communication topics. 

In 2006, Brei started her own communication consulting firm Kalliope, which serves a wide variety of clients in the biotechnology and health care fields.
