Round 1 (2006-08) Artifacts
We invite you to view and use the products, tools and information developed by our 2006-08 project teams to further expand the vision and use of personal health records (PHRs).
All files are covered by open source Lesser General Public License (LGPL) Version 3 or Creative Common Attribution 3.0 license. A small number of files carry other copyrights or licenses, and you are responsible for meeting the terms of use of these documents.
To download or access a file, select the link in the File column.
- If the file carries an LGPL license, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions of the licensing agreement and to complete a brief download form. Once you have accepted the agreement, you will be returned to the table and can download the files. You will not have to accept them again to download additional LGPL licensed files.
- If the file carries a Creative Commons license, you can download it directly under the following terms: Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License.
