Health 2.0 Accelerator Information for Potential Applicants and Health 2.0 Companies

The Health 2.0 Accelerator (H2A) is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to advance consumer-centric health care by driving integration of technology and the consumer experience across a network of new and established technology companies and health care organizations.

H2A will help Project HealthDesign (PHD) program applicants learn about Health 2.0 companies that may provide solutions which can be utilized by applicants for their proposed project. Components of this offering to PHD applicants will include:

  • 2 educational webinars, including a look at the health 2.0 landscape and illustrative examples of how health 2.0 technologies are relevant to the broader health IT movement and “traditional” healthcare environment.

  • A listing of health 2.0 companies and descriptions of their offerings.

Applicants will also be able to ask for help identifying types of health 2.0 companies that may be worth exploring based on communicating key aspects of their proposal concept.

Health 2.0 companies interested in connecting with other Project Health Design applicants can contact the Accelerator Team. Interested companies and organizations should also consider filling out the “Matchmaking/Interest Form” on the Project HealthDesign website at Matchmaking.
