PowerPoint Slides from Barbara Massoudi's Capitol Hill Visit

Project HealthDesign grantee, Barbara Massoudi of the Research Triangle Institute, recently spoke on Capitol Hill as part of the “Steering Committee on Telehealth and Healthcare Informatics” briefing. On Wednesday, Oct. 17, Massoudi talked about the background of PHRs, the vision and goals of Project HealthDesign, and details about the PHR application that her grant team has been developing over the past 10 months. She focused much of her presentation on the feedback she received from focus groups of end users, and what those patients reported that they wanted out of a personal health record.
