Welcome to Project HealthDesign’s table of downloadable work products from Round 1. We invite you to view and use the tools and information developed by our grantee, technical and ELSI teams to further expand the vision and use of Personal Health Records (PHRs).

The work products placed in this table include source code and documentation for the grantee applications created during our first round of funding, other grantee work products, the common platform components, work products the ELSI team and general project information.

The table is organized alphabetically, by project. You may also use the search function to find key words in any column.

All files are covered by open source Lesser General Public License (LGPL) Version 3 or Creative Common Attribution 3.0 license. A small number of files carry other copyrights or licenses, and you are responsible for meeting the terms of use of these documents.

If the file carries an LGPL license, when you click on the file, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions of the licensing agreement and to complete a brief download form.
